I cannot say enough good things about this TGI Fridays. I have been here several times and it is always a pleasant experience. From the second i walked in until I signed the check I was very pleased. Once we were seated our server Tauheed introduced himself, went over all of the specials, and guided us through the menu. We started off with fried green beans and the BBQ chicken flatbread. They were both delicious! For our appetizers we had the sizzling chicken shrimp and the jack Daniels sirloin with shrimp. The timing between appetizer and entree was perfect, the drinks were always full, and the food tasted wonderful. Our server Tauheed was very kind, humorous, and easy to talk to. I must say he is a super star server and this Fridays is my absolute favorite. Thank you so much and I cannot wait to come back.

The grilled chicken was overcooked, there was stuff stuck to the inside of two of our glasses of water. The ribs didn't have a lot of messy on the bone. The breading on the chicken tenders was very crispy.

It's a typical Friday's. The food is good if it's what you're into, but the service always seems to be a bit slow, even when it seems like there are few patrons. I know late at night they often cut waitstaff (which is when I have a tendency to go), but 15 minutes for a pina colada? Come on. :(

Love this place! Been here multiple times- in fact it is my typical place to recommend when thinking about going out to eat. It's kind of a drive from me in Media, PA but well worth it. The food is always great, restaurant is clean, waitstaff is typically timed right (not too fast or too slow) lately I've noticed a decrease in the amount of people dining at this location which I don't mind because the wait time is either a lot shorter or most of the time non existent! Don't usually get mixed drinks when I'm at places like this (casual dining) because beer and wine are just as good and you know exactly what your getting when you order. I plan on going back in the future. 4 stars because it's not anything special just really good for casual dining.

Very typical TGI friday's here, american style food burgers, ribs, chicken that kind of stuff. If you've never been to a TGI fridays there's a fun atmosphere with a lot of stuff hanging on the walls. If you're thinking of stopping by for an after work get together this is a good place to consider

Well the big kicker when eating at this place was the waitress spilled an entire glass of Coke on our table, me, her purse, the floor, etc... She didn't even appologize or make amends. We had to ask to be moved to another table so we finally talked to the manager. He did give us two free appetizers but if her I-Phone would have gotten wet that pales in comparison. He made her come to our table and appologize for being clumsy. I will still go to TGI's as we like the food and other places are better... just not this one!

Stopped here last night for a quick bite and a drink. That was my first time to this location, I usually go to the TGI near the concord mall, but since I was in the area I decided to go to this one. First off I was greeted by the bartender. They had no hostess. I had to find my own seat, so I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was really friendly. He came over almost immediately after I sat down and asked if he could start a drink for me. Shortly after he gave me a food menu, drink menu and informed me of the appetizer and all day happy our promotions. For my appetizer I ordered the spinach dip. Surprisingly It was not one of the promotion deals but still inexpensive. It came out about 15mins later. At first it looked really delicious. Once I started to indulge I noticed the sides of the dish were burnt and dry. Also about half the tortilla chips were stale. I did not complain because I enjoyed about 65% of the dish. Next my meal came out just as I disused up the spinach dip. It was absolutely horrible. The salmon was overcooked which made it so dry that I almost choked eating it, needless to say I was calling the bartender for refills on water. The mashed potatoes were runny and the bro villi was dry and bland. I did complain to the bartender about the salmon being dry and overcooked because there was no way I could finish it. He agreed that it looked dry and told the manager. The manager took care of it right away, took my old plate and threw it away. About 15 minutes later a waiter brought me a dish of salmon. Just salmon. None of the sides I ordered. At this point I was really annoyed. The bartender was too. He was in disbelief that they only brought me salmon and not the entree that I initially ordered. However he whisked away the salmon and brought me a new platter out about 2mins later. I was relieved. Overall I had really good service, just a few mishaps with the food. The bartender was awesome, he made my experience that much better, the only reason I gave three stars. I can say that I might try this place out again, I always like to give places a 2nd chance!

We waited up front for 10 mins before being approached by someone then being told it would be another 10 min wait for a table when it was practically vacant. We decided to sit at the bar for quicker service but was failed again by getting no prompt attention, no menus, until the bartender decided to come to our table to take our drink orders. We then realized it would be better to finish our drinks and not order any food and get outta there. This is my 2nd time having a totally miserable experience so I will not attempt a 3rd time.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated with no one else in line and plenty of open tables??? Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Our waiter was also the bartender..manager was also the host..understaffed! Ribs were tough..won't be revisiting!

I'm not usually a fan of going to a TGIF, but it wasn't my pick. The food was fine (TGIF food). What annoyed the hell out of me was the service....no, not too slow but too fast. We were seated and right away the waitress wants our drink order ,which I usually appreciate. But our whole experience was like that. I barely opened the menu and she wants the appetizer order. Then the entree order. I told her we would need more time and less then a minute later she was back. Nope, still not ready....I felt like I was holding her up from a very important event. Nobody was really there when we went in, but during our meal a couple of other tables showed up. Then I realized she was the only waitress working. Really? Then I asked for a cup of coffee. I poured the cream an it was bad. I asked her for another cup and her response was that the cream isn't the refrigerated kind and that is normal. She said she could bring me another cup, but the same thing would happen, its normal. Non dairy Creamer doesn't need refrigeration but this was Creamer and yes it was bad. Don't give me a stupid answer like "its normal" when your cream IS obviously bad. For a 150.00 dinner for three people I can go to many other places with better food and much friendlier and competent service. Won't be back.

My daughter and I happened to visit on a Thursday night, when the restaurant offers $3 maragaritas. We were happy about this and she and I ordered different kinds. Both tasted exactly the same, like horribly sour lemonade. I mentioned this to our server who shrugged and mentioned that they were just $3. It seems to me that the $3 promotion is designed to get people to sample and order drinks with their food. My impression now is that they make really bad mixed drinks and I won't order again. Our meals were okay, but plated sloppily. After completely finishing our meals, we waited about 20 minutes for the server to bring the check. I then waited another full 20 minutes and our server never returned for payment. The restaurant was not busy at the time. I finally counted out some cash and left it. $40+ is a lot for me to spend for dinner and I want to make it count. I sent an email to TGIF corporate and received a form email saying that if I provided a phone number, someone would call. I did leave a phone number and have never heard from anyone. I think that I will not return to any of this chain's restaurants.
